Telephone Calls Calls to our clinic are received throughout the day and dealt with as promptly as possible by the nurse, nurse practitioner, or pediatrician. If your problem is urgent, please tell the receptionist and your call will be handled immediately.

After Hour & Night Calls If an urgent situation occurs after our clinic is closed, please call (907) 796-8913 to get in contact with the pediatrician on call, or go to the emergency room at Bartlett Regional Hospital.
For Emergencies When true emergencies occur, they demand immediate attention. We advise that in an emergency situation, you take your child directly to the emergency room at Bartlett Regional Hospital. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 and have paramedics transport your child. Proper equipment and physicians trained in emergency care are available at the emergency room 24 hours a day. The hospital will know how to reach the pediatrician when necessary. If your child is seen at the emergency room, please sign any forms necessary to release the medical records to Glacier Pediatrics so we will have the information as part of your child's medical record. In the event of possible poisoning, call Poison Control at (800) 222-1222.
